What BringaList does
BringaList lets people make a sign-up sheet for an event and share it with a link. It's free, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to use BringaList. If you create a sheet, you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your private links
There are no passwords. Anyone who has your management link can edit your sheet and remove sign-ups, so keep it private. Anyone with your sheet's link can see it and sign up. You're responsible for who you share them with.
What you put on a sheet
You're responsible for what you enter. You keep any rights you have in it, and you allow us to store and show it as needed to run the site. Organizers should only add other people's information if they're comfortable sharing it with everyone who has the link.
Acceptable use
Please don't use BringaList to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Post spam, scams, hateful content or links meant to mislead people.
- Collect sensitive information, such as payment, health or government ID details.
- Disrupt the site, get around its limits, or access it with bots.
We may remove sheets or block access if we believe these terms have been broken.
Food, events and other people
We don't organize, attend or check any event, and we aren't responsible for what happens there. That includes the food people bring, allergens, food safety, and whether someone brings what they signed up for. Our templates, tips and calculator are general suggestions only. Organizers and guests are responsible for their own events and for checking allergies and local rules.
Sheets are temporary
Sheets are deleted 60 days after the event, and they can't be recovered after that. BringaList isn't a place to keep long-term records, so copy anything you want to keep.
Links to other sites
BringaList may link to other websites or products. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
No warranty
BringaList is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free, or keep your data, or that emails will arrive.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
