Making your dish easy to serve
Bring it in the dish you will serve it from, with its own serving spoon. Choose food that is easy to scoop, and cut bars or casseroles into portions before you arrive. A small card with the dish name and main allergens helps everyone.
How much to make
A dish that serves about eight is plenty for most potlucks, because everyone takes a small amount of many dishes.
